A new booking needs to be made for each destination. There is NO LIMIT on no. of bags / no. of kgs per bag that can be transported.

Yes. We are more than happy to transport any sports equipment that you’re allowed to check in on a flight, such as skis, surfboards or golf bags
We don’t have any restrictions regarding the size or weight, shape of luggage or no. of luggage items.
Please make sure to inform the recipient (hotel, private address, office) about your luggage delivery to avoid multiple delivery attempts and extra costs. We will try to deliver the luggage twice free of cost. If still the luggage is undeliverable due to any circumstances, 3rd try will apply extra charges.
We will come with weighing scale and check if the weights mentioned by you while booking on our app matches the same. Our weighing scale are calibrated to Airline standard. We take max of volumetric weight vs gross weight, whichever is higher we consider that weight.
We provide luggage pick up and drop off service, we do not provide packaging services, but our team can help if really required by customer.

A cancellation is possible free of charge not later than 12 hours before the booked luggage pick-up time. Subsequent cancellations are possible as long as the luggage hasn´t been handed over. No reimbursement possible.
